Position Title: SALES TEAM LEAD

Role Summary

The Sales Team Lead supports the Store Sales Manager in driving sales, executing operational functions, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role provides leadership and guidance to the team on a daily basis.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Assist in achieving sales goals, perform Manager on Duty shifts, and participate in sales activities.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service, train team, handle complaints professionally.
• Team Leadership: Hold team accountable, motivate, coach, and communicate concerns.
• Product Knowledge & Visual Merchandising: Stay updated on products, train team, ensure proper display standards.
• Departments of Responsibilities: Understand and execute shared responsibilities, flexible to change departments as needed.

General Leadership Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with policies, promote safety, perform opening/closing procedures, and adhere to laws.
