Position Title: SALES TEAM LEAD

Role Summary

A Sales Team Lead supports the Store Sales Manager in driving sales, executing operational functions, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role provides leadership, guidance, and operational support to the team, focusing on day-to-day sales results and shared responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Sales Performance
  • Assist in achieving sales goals through effective leadership
  • Perform Manager on Duty (MOD) shifts to monitor and motivate the team
  • Participate in sales-driving activities like customer engagement and product knowledge learning
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional service, address inquiries, and resolve issues
    • Train team members to deliver high-quality customer service
    • Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly
  • Team Leadership
    • Hold team accountable for performance expectations
    • Motivate and inspire the team to meet sales and service goals
    • Adjust team priorities as needed and provide on-the-spot coaching
    • Communicate employee concerns to leadership
  • Product Knowledge & Visual Merchandising
    • Stay updated on key sales items and product features
    • Train team on merchandise features and selling techniques
    • Ensure visual displays meet standards and guidelines
