Position Title: SALES TEAM LEAD
Role Summary

The Sales Team Lead supports the Store Sales Manager by driving sales, executing operational functions, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role provides leadership, guidance, and operational support to the team on a daily basis.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Assist in achieving sales goals, perform Manager on Duty shifts, and participate in sales-driving activities.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service, train team members, and handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Team Leadership: Support performance expectations, motivate the team, provide coaching, and communicate employee concerns.
  • Product Knowledge & Visual Merchandising: Stay updated on sales drives, train team members, and ensure proper merchandise display.
  • Departments of Responsibilities: Understand and execute shared responsibilities, with flexibility to change departments as needed.
General Leadership Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, promote workplace safety, and perform opening/closing procedures.
  • Drive compliance with laws and safety standards.
Required Skills and Abilities
  • Retail or sales experience, leadership skills, proactive attitude, multitasking ability, strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks as needed.
