Job Responsibilities

1. Lead a shift, ensuring smooth store operations and guiding clerks.
2. Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
3. Manage sales transactions using a computerized register.
4. Unload shipments, stock shelves, and create displays.
5. Maintain store cleanliness and a positive environment.
6. Train and supervise lower-level clerks, ensuring adherence to procedures.
7. Complete shift reports, including inventory and cash management.
8. Address customer concerns promptly.
9. Work independently and lead the team effectively.
10. Lift products safely, occasionally up to 60 pounds.
11. Stand for extended periods and keep the store organized.
12. Utilize store equipment such as scanners, dollies, and pallet jacks.
13. Follow legal guidelines for alcohol sales.
14. Work in a team-oriented environment with diverse challenges.

Work Schedule & Additional Info

• Onsite parking available.
• Full-time hours, totaling 75 hours biweekly.
• No telework option.
• Salary is fixed at the minimum for new employees and is non-negotiable.
