Responsibilities

• Install and remove equipment at new and existing agent locations.
• Train and support agents, troubleshooting as needed.
• Recruit, onboard, and support new and existing agents.
• Promote company products, negotiate deals to increase wire transactions.
• Install advertising and branding materials tailored to markets.
• Gather competitive information; ensure agents maintain competitive rates.
• Conduct business reviews through scheduled visits.
• Coordinate with back office, sales, and corporate teams for prompt solutions.
• Support promotions, distribute marketing materials, and conduct events.
• Assist sales team with activations and re-activations.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of services and processes.
• Complete reports and records accurately and timely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years in sales or field support preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to travel daily within territory; valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Effective presentation skills in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills, independent work ethic, detail-oriented, team-focused.
