In This Role
- Partner with Account Executives and customers to identify needs, analyze data, and deliver customized solutions
- Address customer claims and issues with professionalism and care, ensuring timely resolutions
- Identify trends in service and operations, and implement improvements that elevate service quality and efficiency
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, prioritize shipments, and optimize transactional efficiencies for smooth operations
- Provide continuous support for customer claims and resolution efforts
- Work alongside Sales Support and other teams, sharing knowledge and supporting key initiatives as needed
- Represent Four Hands at trade shows, assisting with order processing and fostering customer relationships
- Foster strong internal relationships, collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional service and seamless customer experiences
- Contribute to special projects with management, playing a key role in the continued growth of Four Hands
- Perform other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven ability to manage accounts
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- A natural talent for building rapport and a genuine passion for customer service
- Confident, personable, and professional communicator who excels in both verbal and written formats
- Resourceful and curious, always seeking new ways to solve challenges and present solutions
