Bath & Body Works is hiring a Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, helping customers find products and creating a positive, high-energy store environment. You will leverage product knowledge to tailor recommendations and support a seamless shopping experience.

You will contribute to sales growth, enroll customers in rewards, and maintain store standards while working flexible shifts to meet business needs.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver strong in-store customer experiences.
• Proven sales and customer experience results in fast-paced retail.
• Excellent communication and receptiveness to feedback.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on sales floor and checkout.
• Provide a friendly cash wrap experience and manage the register efficiently.
• Support replenishment and maintain brand standards for a full store.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes and merchandising placement as needed.
• Maintain safety by adhering to standards; move, lift and reach as required.
• Accommodate varying shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Uphold policies and procedures and represent the brand positively.
