REMOTE ROLE

Summary

The Sales Support Specialist works with Commercial Operations to drive new growth opportunities by serving as the CRM system administrator, providing research and data analysis on the competitive landscape, managing the technology stack for growth, supporting the lead generation process, and designing and maintaining sales dashboards. Additionally, he / she supports growth initiatives and meetings to include Scaling for Growth, Marketing campaigns, strategic selling integration within CRM and other technologies as requested.

Responsibilities

System Administrator : Technology stack

  • Lead the CRM system administration for the commercial teams.
  • Manage Definitive Database users list and uses for market research and report building.
  • Provide Commercial Operations team with Power BI dashboards and data support.
  • Provide support in the administration and implementation of strategic selling via KF Sell technology
  • Plan and maintain ongoing communication with IT to ensure commercial priorities are on track for completion and issues are resolved.
  • Support Marketing via Hub Spot integration with CRM

Sales support : Business Development, Client Services, Marketing

  • Lead reference process for sales and renewal opportunities
  • Provide support to both New Business and Client Services in terms of CRM, Market data, opportunity tracking, and lead generation support.
  • Collaborate with sales and commercial operations in the editing of sales material
  • Interface with Marketing on lead generation, facilitates handoff between CRM and other systems, and gather executive profiles for events.
  • Research competitors and compile competitive analyses to include competitor profiles
  • Provide data and analysis for defining sales territories
Commercial Operations : CO
  • Develop and supports productivity, project, and sales dashboards for the team
  • Provide data for CO led meetings such as Scaling for Growth and sales pipeline reviews.
  • Serve as the Power BI resource for the team
  • Represent and supports CO in IT led PI events
  • Lead continuous improvement for CO processes and integration with technology stack.
Skills and Experience

5+ years of IT / Sales / CE experience. Project management and / or CI experience

Education and Qualifications

Associates degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or management required. MBA degree preferred.
