Manulife is hiring a Sales Support Specialist in Boston to help streamline the life insurance pre-sale process and support the Sales & Distribution team. The role focuses on product information, case design, illustrations, and communications, with licensing obligations within four months of hire.

Incumbents will gain life insurance knowledge and technical expertise and be a part of a team that is critical in supporting the Insurance pre-sale process and helping the overall Sales & Distribution team achieve strategic priorities, initiatives, and sales goals.
This role will focus on a variety of topics relating to the life insurance sales process, including product information, case design, illustrations, outbound/inbound communications, the new business and underwriting process, and various tools and resources.
These licenses are a requirement of the role and need to be acquired in the outlined timeframes to remain in the Sales Support Specialist role.

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
