    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
    - Perform various tasks to support book fair activity across territory team
    - Support order management and interact with branch personnel and transportation team
    - Provide support for book fair programs, marketing initiatives, and guiding customers to host successful events
    - Utilize technology to support sales and service processes
    - Communicate with customers to expand relationships and ensure exceptional customer experience

    What is Required (Qualifications):
    - High school diploma or GED equivalent required, BA/BS degree preferred
    - Basic math and computer skills with attention to detail
    - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM programs
    - Preferred +2 years of sales or customer service experience
    - Strong oral and written communication skills
    - Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask
    - Evening hours as needed
    - Adherence to all local, state, and federal laws
