Scholastic is looking for a Sales Support Representative to work remotely, supporting the Book Fair business through customer communications and administrative tasks. Each year Scholastic Book Fairs, in partnership with schools across the country, hosts more than 100,000 book-sale events that give more than 35 million students and their families access to thousands of affordable and educational products, helping foster a lifelong love of reading.
We are currently in search of Sales Support Reps to help grow the Book Fair business. These full time positions offer medical, dental and vision benefits, a time off program that includes, vacation, personal days, and sick time, a generous 50% off discount on Scholastic merchandise, a 401k and summers and off.
The Sales Support role is a remote, work from home position
Qualified candidates will collaborate with Fair Consultant(s) on specific tasks and duties in support of territory objectives and goals. Provide support to the territory team through in-bound/outbound customer communication, Salesforce documentation, and other interactions as assigned by the Territory Manager to support overall business results.
Successful Sales Support Reps will develop the experience and skills that prepare them for eventual roles as Fair Consultants.
Please note this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado, California, New York, and Washington. The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations only.
The estimated pay ranges for this role is as follows:
$32,500 - $45,000
