We are currently seeking a Sales Support Representative to fill an immediate need.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, plus 1 Saturday every 6 weeks

Pay: $19.65 - $31.41 per hour

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Sales associates to support customer needs by identifying suitable products and solutions.
2. Provide personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
3. Coordinate product deliveries on behalf of customers.
4. Respond to sales calls, providing general information, and resolving customer concerns or questions.
5. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems and phone systems effectively.

Qualifications:

1. 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
2. Strong sales skills, including upselling capabilities.
3. Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
5. Customer-focused mentality with relationship-building skills is a plus.
6. Basic digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
7. Quick learner with the ability to acquire product knowledge and understand processes rapidly.

Pay Range: $18.71 - $31.41 per hour
