Clifford Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Representative to help drive our Power Generation Equipment Sales team in Tulsa. You’ll oversee projects from order entry through delivery, installation, and commissioning, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and customers.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in sales support or project management, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This role is full-time in Tulsa.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of inside sales support, project management, or customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new systems.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to multitask with accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee projects from order entry through delivery, installation, and commissioning; coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Manage project timelines, track orders, and monitor costs.
  • Oversee all project documentation and order details.
  • Coordinate installation start-ups with Service Departments.
  • Assist with estimating, quoting, and billing as needed.
