Job summary

Victra, Verizon's leading premium retailer in the United States, is hiring a part-time Sales Support Representative to enhance the in-store guest experience. You will support the sales process, share product knowledge, and contribute to a friendly, high-energy team environment.

You will perform merchandising and operational tasks, assist with account reviews, and provide thoughtful product recommendations to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service, preferably in retail.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside store peers and leaders to support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction to create a positive experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present product/service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate who connects with customers and makes tech approachable.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional service.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify technology.

Sales Support Representatives work a flexible schedule ranging from 8 to 25 hours per week. This position starts at $18.90. We provide paid training and a supportive onboarding experience to set you up for success from day one.

Training Requirements

All Sales Support Representatives must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company\'s expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
