Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking part-time Sales Support Representatives to deliver world-class service to Every Guest. You will support the sales process, share product knowledge, and connect guests to what matters most while being the face of Victra.

Sales Support Representatives work a flexible schedule ranging from 8 to 25 hours per week. This position starts at $14.77

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Training Requirements

Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
