Summary

RNDC is looking for a talented and energetic Sales Support Representative to join our growing Sales team. The role involves collaborating with the Sales Lead/Inside Sales Representative to ensure proper delivery, merchandising, and pricing of orders. The position also includes assisting customers, submitting replenishment orders, and building strong relationships with account personnel.

Responsibilities

1. Assist customers with stocking shelves, resetting coolers, and creating displays.
2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
3. Understand customer support needs and provide assistance such as will calls and POS delivery.
4. Place pricing and signage on products.
5. Check inventory levels and submit replenishment orders.
6. Prepare and maintain displays.
7. Sort, label, and store goods accurately.
8. Maintain merchandising reports.
9. Identify merchandising opportunities and present promotional activities.
10. Report competitive activity and pricing to supervisors.
11. Cover open sales territories as needed due to absences or vacations.
12. Work some nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. One to three months of related experience or training, or equivalent education and experience.
3. Knowledge of products.
4. Experience with stocking shelves and creating displays.
