Job summary

Ben E. Keith is hiring a Sales Support Representative to cover routes and support sales teams across on- and off-premise accounts. The role requires coordinating activities, prioritizing time, and providing excellent customer service.

A flexible schedule including nights and weekends may be necessary as part of a 40–45 hour work week. Candidates should have 1 year of related experience, knowledge of the BEK beverage portfolio, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related work experience.
• Proficient knowledge of the Ben E. Keith Beverage portfolio.
• Ability to prioritize time management and work a flexible schedule that may require evenings and weekends.
• Ability to learn and efficiently use a handheld selling unit.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Able to coordinate multiple activities at once.

Responsibilities

• Cover routes for vacations in both on- and off-premise accounts in compliance with sales and GROW responsibilities.
• Reset executions in all formats.
• Execute work orders assigned by the SS Manager and report all completed work orders.
• Support all sales departments and sales department activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Prioritize time management; 40–45 hour work week; nights and weekends may be required.
