Job summary

United Concordia Dental offers the Summer 2027 Sales Support Undergraduate Internship to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, client service, and business initiatives within the healthcare industry. Interns will collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Service, Marketing, Underwriting and more to support growth and customer satisfaction.

The program emphasizes training in communication, analytics, project management, and business operations, with exposure to a variety of career paths

Qualifications

Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
Authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not offered)
Interest in sales operations, client service, analytics and business strategy.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operations of Sales and Service; assist with projects and initiatives.
Conduct research and analyze business information to support the Sales team.
Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Service, Marketing and other partners to drive business objectives.
Provide services to achieve client satisfaction and retention.
Assist with market analysis and cross-functional projects as needed.
Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
