Responsibilities

• Provide support for day-to-day operations of the Sales and Service Department and related projects.
• Assist with research and reporting, including recommendations or proposals for action.
• Support department initiatives and cross-functional collaborations to drive business objectives.
• Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects within area of expertise.
• Contribute to market analysis and client services activities across Sales, Account Management, and Marketing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and support the Sales team.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
