The Sales Support Engineer serves as a critical technical partner to Sales and customers, delivering hands‑on expertise across industrial water treatment programs within pulp & paper and heavy industrial facilities. This role blends field engineering, process optimization, and customer support, ensuring Solenis solutions deliver measurable performance, reliability, and value at the plant level. You will work directly inside customer facilities, collaborating with Account Managers and plant stakeholders to optimize chemical treatment programs, troubleshoot system issues, and drive continuous improvement.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $77,270.00 and $113,322.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
