Job Description

We are currently seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. This is a fully onsite role supporting branch operations, customer service, and the sales team in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering and leaving the branch
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Handle cashiering duties, including receipts, refunds, pick lists, and nightly deposits
• Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
• Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and assist with customer inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
• Maintain showroom organization, inventory, and checkout area cleanliness
• Utilize company systems and basic computer applications, including ERP/POS systems and Microsoft Office
• Assist with coding and general office support tasks
• Perform additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, cashiering, sales support, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with computers, email systems, and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with ERP or POS systems such as JD Edwards is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic mathematical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a moderately fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Dependable and seeking a long-term opportunity

Work Environment

• Fully onsite position
• Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• No travel required
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and move throughout the branch as needed
• Must be able to maintain a safe and alert working environment
