Equitable in Springfield, IL, is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to partner with advisors and internal teams, preparing policy reviews, illustrations, and client-ready materials that enable informed conversations and excellent client service.

This in-office role is five days per week (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) at 4341 Acer Grove Road, Suite C300, Springfield, IL 62711. The base salary is $58,000, with additional incentive opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales support, financial services, or related area.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement.
• An analytical mindset and an interest in learning life insurance products, financial solutions, carrier systems, and case design.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Sound judgment and the ability to follow established processes while identifying, investigating, and escalating potential issues when appropriate.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to make complex information clear and understandable.

The base salary range for this position is$58,000.Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends onlevelandfunctional area of responsibility.
