Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to provide essential reporting, project management and administrative support to a dynamic sales team. You will help drive customer satisfaction and sales productivity through meticulous data handling and cross‑functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in business (or equivalent) and 3+ years of general office experience, with strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for daily office activities and meetings, including supply orders, meeting space arrangements, document preparation, catering and onboarding new hires.
• Facilitate sales installations by supporting sales executives with order follow-up, issue identification and escalation, and collaborating across departments as needed.
• Obtain and distribute sales-related reports to support informed decision making.
• Manage projects related to construction, ECAF escalations, porting and other assignments to advance sales operations.
• Maintain and track invoices to budget while identifying and recommending cost efficiencies.
• Organize and oversee sales blitz activities, including updates, record maintenance and submission of results.
• Assist with same-day ticket submissions and data entry for field sales leads.
