United Communications in Franklin, TN is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator (SSC) to provide outstanding customer experience for new and existing customers. You will support residential sales orders from submission through installation, using product knowledge and a friendly, local approach.
The role involves on-site work in Franklin, TN, a 40-hour week, and collaboration across sales, operations, engineering, and dispatch to ensure accurate orders and timely installations.

The Sales Support Coordinator (SSC) is responsible for creating an outstanding experience for new and existing customers. This role supports and coordinates residential sales orders from submission through installation. Using strong product and service knowledge combined with a friendly, local approach, the SSC provides customer support, sales assistance, order input, and administrative support to customers, prospects, and our Middle Tennessee Electric (MTE) sales channel in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
This is a direct-hire, full-time, on-site position located in our Franklin, TN office. The typical schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional flexibility is required to meet business needs based on customer demand.
