Job summary

Natural Choice Foods is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the Sales team during peak periods with order entry, customer communication, and inventory coordination. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and responsive service in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers Monday–Friday full-time hours at our Michigan location, with a focus on delivering timely order processing and positive customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales support, or administrative work preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional responses to customer inquiries and route requests as needed.
• Assist with order entry, updates, and confirmations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Support Sales Account Managers with daily administrative and customer-related tasks.
• Maintain accurate customer information, pricing details, and account notes.
