Overview:

Support group sales operations through efficient administrative, contracting, order processing, and billing assistance. Collaborate with the Sales Support Area Manager and Event Execution Supervisor to ensure seamless coordination and top-tier client service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage sales contracts, ensuring timely execution, signatures, compliance, and storage. Initiate all appropriate post-contract activities.
  2. Accurately process sales and event initial orders and manage updates, including order entry into ticketing platforms, affiliate and eTicket distribution, and ticket returns.
  3. Partner with event teams for successful event execution handoff.
  4. Work closely with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams to check client billing, manage communication, assist with collections, and maintain financial records.
  5. Collaborate with leadership on product setup, pricing adjustments, and compliance, ensuring adherence to standards set by the Internal Audit division.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum age of 16.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Windows.
  3. Experience with Salesforce CRM and related software.
  4. Strong problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Customer service experience via phone and email.
  7. Friendly, outgoing personality.
  8. Ability to pass a drug test and background check if 18 or older.
