Your role

You are the operational link between sales, customers and internal teams. You ensure every file is followed up correctly and efficiently, with an eye for detail and respect for Flamant's premium positioning.

Your responsibilities

• You process and track orders from A to delivery
• You support the sales team with quotes, price updates and customer information
• You are a key point of contact for B2B customers and partners
• You maintain data quality in CRM and ERP systems
• You coordinate with logistics, finance and marketing to guarantee smooth service
• You identify inefficiencies and actively contribute to improvements

Your profile

• You have experience in sales support, customer service or a commercial back-office role
• You work in a structured and accurate way without losing sight of the bigger picture
• You understand how a premium brand operates and what customers expect
• You communicate fluently in Dutch, English, French and German
• You are familiar with ERP/CRM systems, preferably Odoo
• You take ownership and don't wait for someone else to solve it
