Position Summary

As a Sales Supervisor, you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your role involves introducing customers to our innovative premium denim, supporting store operations, driving sales, coaching team members, and ensuring store standards are maintained in partnership with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet store sales goals and contribute to overall store success.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by styling and wardrobing customers based on their needs.
• Build client relationships and promote our brand through outreach.
• Train, coach, motivate, and develop team members for maximum sales productivity.
• Assist in managing store operations, including payroll, visual merchandising, and compliance.
• Represent the brand positively and embody company culture.
• Follow loss prevention policies and assist with audits and inventories.
