The purpose of this position is to direct and lead retail strategies and execute store operation functions to deliver financial growth and sustained brand equity.

Sales Stylist are responsible for functions related to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Show a thorough understanding of Levi Strauss & Co.’s history and heritage
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge
• Provide exceptional customer service using The 3C’s of Success: Connect, Consult & Close
• Meet or exceed store and individual sales goals daily
• Comply with cash handling guidelines
• Follow store security, safety, and loss prevention protocols
• Assist with replenishment and security tagging of merchandise
• Assist in pricing of merchandise
• Maintain store appearance according to visual standards
• Utilize RFID-enabled inventory processes for sales floor replenishment
• Possess basic technology skills – familiarity with iOS, troubleshooting, reading manuals

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand, walk, squat, and bend frequently
• Preferred: 1+ year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Characteristics: Structured, Organized, Methodical, Consistent, Adaptable

The pay range is from $15.15 to $25.25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, or the higher of local, state, or federal minimum wage.
