JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Store Manager, stylists are consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and think beyond the task. You are responsible for modeling and coaching to deliver the ultimate experience to all consumers through various functions related to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

You'll support the leadership team to succeed by:
Suggesting looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on the consumer's needs, aligned with Levi's service approach.
Promoting Levi's omni experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
Resolving consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind, partnering with store management on elevated issues.
Handling all cash and merchandise operations efficiently, including shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems, while maintaining standards and complying with store policies.
Complying with all Levi's Store policies, procedures, and programs, and following directives from store management.
The role requires someone who:
Is fashion-savvy and interested in current trends.
Enjoys being busy and juggling multiple tasks.
Is available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Can lift up to 40 pounds and perform tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Has reliable transportation.
Must be at least 16 years old.

FULL TIME/PART TIME: Part-time
COMPENSATION: The pay range is from the higher of the required minimum wage based on local, state, or federal requirements or $11.00 - $19.60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
