LOFT in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to serve as a brand ambassador, guiding customers through their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations.

You will keep the store organized and visually appealing, collaborate with teammates, and use technology and POS tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred)
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers

• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations.
• Keep the store looking beautiful by ensuring merchandise is well-organized and in the right place on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with the team to create personalized customer experiences and support an inviting environment on the sales floor.
• Use brand behaviors and personalized service to drive brand loyalty.
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience by utilizing available tools.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.
