Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the brand ambassador on the sales floor in Cypress, TX. You will build genuine connections with customers and guide their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations.

You'll keep the store looking beautiful, maintain merchandise organization, and collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional, omnichannel experiences. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to engage customers with personalized styling advice.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfort with using a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and listen to their needs to create personalized customer experiences.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to help style the customer.
• Use brand behaviors and personalized service to drive brand loyalty.
