Job summary

Claire’s is looking for a Sales Associate in a fast-paced retail setting. You will engage customers, help them find fashionable accessories, and contribute to daily store operations. Piercing training is provided, and you’ll assist with displays and promotions to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Must be able to conduct piercings with patience and empathy for all customers.
• Ability to operate a Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
• Able to stand for shifts and lift/maneuver 25–75 lbs (11–35 kg).
• Comfort with bending, reaching, climbing ladders or step stools while merchandising and assisting customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication; good math and reading comprehension.
• Passion for fashion and keeping up with the latest trends.

Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals by delivering exceptional customer experiences and upselling accessories.
• Join piercing training and guide customers through the piercing process, aftercare, and sterilized environments.
• Maintain attractive store displays and organized inventory for easy shopping.
• Support store manager with team motivation, sales tips, and a positive, high-energy environment.
• Represent Claire's brand and trends, helping customers find their perfect style.
• Assist in store operations, including deliveries, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Encourage customers to share their Claire's hauls on social media.
