Qualifications

• Able to conduct piercings with patience and empathy for young or anxious customers.
• Operate a Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
• Stand for shifts and lift/maneuver 25–75 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for fashion and current trends.
• Create curated fashion looks with product during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales game by delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue.
• Participate in piercing training and educate on aftercare while maintaining a sterile environment.
• Keep the store fresh with organized displays and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate the team and maintain high-energy vibes.
• Represent the Claire's brand and stay connected to fashion/social media trends to upsell products.
• Assist in store operations including deliveries, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Encourage customers to share their Claire's haul on social media to create viral moments.
