• Team Collaboration: Motivate the store team by sharing sales tips and creating a positive, high-energy vibe.
• Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and stay plugged into fashion/trends to help customers find their style.
• Store Operations: Support deliveries, execute visual merchandising displays, and assist in promotions.
