Torrid in Happy Valley, OR is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver the Torrid Connection to every customer, helping them feel comfortable, cared for and confident.

You will perform register functions, use product knowledge to drive add-on sales, and help maintain a clean, inviting store environment that reflects our brand. A flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an amazing customer experience.
• Be fashion-focused and stay on top of current trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to build customer connections and loyalty.
• Process register transactions and use promotion knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Maintain flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Keep sales floor visually aligned with brand standards.
• Assist in stocking and organizing the stockroom to keep a clean store environment.
