Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and refine sales processes and systems to optimize the sales funnel and enhance productivity
  • Facilitate core operating cadences such as forecasting, pipeline reviews, and account planning, providing insights and recommendations
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Finance on planning exercises, including territory design and target setting
  • Analyze sales performance and pipeline data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with GTM Systems to maintain the sales tech stack and ensure reliable CRM data
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Salesforce expertise (reporting, dashboards) and proficiency across the GTM tech stack
  • Ability to translate data into insights that inform decision-making for GTM leaders and sellers
  • Strong analytical and data modeling skills, with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and BI platforms; SQL experience preferred
  • Ownership mindset—accountable and resourceful, able to turn ambiguity into action
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to PLG or hybrid sales models
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with project management skills
  • Collaborative partner with strong relationship-building abilities across teams
