Formación

• Current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
• Exellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in sales, market research, customer enablement, or business strategy.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical insights.
• Basic understanding of AI/LLM and chatbot concepts.
• Familiarity with knowledge-base development and handling unstructured data.
• Awareness of AI limitations and importance of source grounding.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with attention to technical detail.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Professionalism and discretion when handling internal information.
• Previous internship or co-op experience is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).

Responsabilidades

• Support sales strategy, market analysis, and customer enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams.
• Assist with organizing and structuring technical or product information.
• Review historical customer and sales data to identify patterns.
• Prepare and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Develop skills in research, analysis, and insight generation.
• Create and present final project results to Sales and Business leadership.
