Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in sales strategy, including 3+ years in telecommunications.
  • Proven track record of developing data-driven strategies.
  • Experience with subscription services is highly desirable.

Company Description

We are currently looking for a Sales Strategy Lead - Multi-Dwelling Units to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Brightspeed's MDU business. Your primary objective is to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that drives growth, optimizes performance, and fosters collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct meetings with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) across South, North, and East regions; collaborate with Territory Sales Managers (TSMs); engage with the Community Transformation Team.
  • Business Analysis: Assess current MDU business performance; analyze KPIs such as activation rates and ARPU; evaluate existing compensation plans.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Review and refine sales processes; collaborate with vendor teams; strengthen partnerships with TSMs and explore community engagement opportunities.
  • Reporting & Performance Measurement: Evaluate reporting systems; develop strategies to improve accountability and track MDU targets.
  • Market & Product Analysis: Analyze Brightspeed's footprint and product offerings; identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with Business Development, Engineering/Construction, and Marketing teams to align strategies and streamline processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales strategy, including 3+ years in telecommunications.
  • Proven track record of developing data-driven strategies that increase customer acquisition and revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with subscription services is highly desirable.
