Job summary

Altria FIU Sales Internship invites rising juniors and seniors to a 10-week program designed to build real-world skills, tackle meaningful business challenges, and work alongside leaders invested in your growth. From day one, you'll own projects, build professional relationships, and contribute ideas that matter.

You'll partner with experienced sales leaders to grow businesses, analyze trends, and uncover opportunities.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work full-time in the United States without sponsorship
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years
• Willingness to travel daily to retailer locations Monday through Friday
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced sales leaders to help businesses grow.
• Build relationships with retailers and learn partnerships.
• Analyze trends, data, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate on marketing and business initiatives.
• Develop creative solutions to business challenges and present recommendations.
• Lead a summer-long business project and present to senior leaders.
• Network with fellow interns and employees through events
