  • Manage Sales Technology: Own the CRM (Salesforce) and other sales tools, ensuring configuration, maintenance, and optimization to support workflow and reporting needs.
  • Drive Process Excellence: Streamline and automate sales workflows; develop and document best practices to build a scalable foundation for a world-class commercial function.
  • Champion AI Integration: Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools to enhance deal analysis, contract review, and process automation.
  • Ensure Data Fidelity: Guarantee the integrity of all commercial data and ensure data flows to downstream systems for reliable reporting and forecasting.
  • Manage Sales Forecasting: Lead the sales forecasting process, analyze trends, and provide accurate forecasts to senior leadership, improving forecast accuracy and predictability.
What you need to have
  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar function, preferably in SaaS or Health technology.
  • Proven experience in sales forecasting, strategic planning, and performance analysis.
  • Deep expertise in CRM and CPQ tools (Salesforce experience highly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of SaaS or Health Technology business models, pricing strategies, and revenue recognition principles.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with Sales, Legal, and Finance stakeholders.
  • Analytical, strategic, and process-oriented mindset with a track record of improving and scaling commercial operations.
What we would love to see
  • Experience in the digital health or health tech space.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing AI tools to drive efficiency in sales.
  • Proactive and independent work style with the ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in a high-growth setting.
