Philips is seeking a Sales, Strategic Accounts Director for Image Guided Therapy Systems (Southeast/Mid-Atlantic) to drive growth across named accounts. You will lead account strategies, coordinate with sales and marketing, and build deep customer relationships within major health systems.
You will manage, monitor and improve the sales process to exceed revenue goals, develop replacement strategies for the installed base, and partner with CADs and ECEs to advance district growth and market share.
The Director of IGT Strategic Accounts will work with 2 IGTS Districts and be responsible for order and revenue growth at a targeted set of named accounts. Your primary responsibilities will be to act strategically and grow Philips Marketshare by focusing on:
In this role, you will work closely with the Philips IGT Sales and Marketing teams, you will build deep customer relationships at multiple touchpoints throughout your assigned health systems, all while developing and deploying strategies to solve interesting hospital challenges to help IGT continue to win.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $247,750 to $288,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
