Job summary

Year Up United offers a one-year or less intensive job training program designed to develop in-classroom skills, provide internships and job placement services, and offer personalized coaching and mentorship through four career pathways.

The Customer Experience pathway blends Banking, Customer Success, or Insurance Operations & Claims training with internship opportunities via YUPRO Placement, with the internship hosted at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program.
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree.
• May be required to answer additional screening questions when applying.

Year Up United is a one-year or less, intensive job training program that provides young adults with in-classroom skill development, access to internships and job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship through four unique career pathways. Year Up United participants also receive an educational stipend. If you're someone whos passionate about building relationships or has an entrepreneurial mindset and are looking to gain exposure to running a business, the Customer Experience job training pathway could be the right fit for you. The Customer Experience pathway combines technical and professional training in Banking, Customer Success, or Insurance Operations & Claims, with access to internships and job placement support through our industry-leading talent placement firm YUPRO Placement. Your internship will be at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh.
