• Performance-based earning potential with an hourly rate plus $500 bonus for every successful hire, subject to the bonus plan.

• Deliver clear, persuasive pitches that communicate Yudrio's value proposition.
• Build rapport and establish trust to maintain strong relationships with prospects.
• Handle objections, answer questions, and influence decision-making during conversations.
• Follow up consistently to move interested prospects forward in the recruitment pipeline.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to convert conversations into successful hires.

Role details

• Compensation: Hourly rate + $500 bonus for every successful hire, subject to the bonus plan.
