Responsibilities
- Ensure all products in the market meet company freshness standards through regular inspections
- Execute marketing and sales programs to drive product visibility and sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors
- Identify and secure new distribution opportunities in bars, restaurants, and retail stores
- Plan and execute consumer engagement events to promote brand awareness
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred, ideally in the Central and Upstate SC markets
- Familiarity with some aspect of the three-tier system or customer service industry preferred
- Valid Driver's License for the state of employment and a clean driving record
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel, including some overnight trips, up to 25% of work time
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the brewing or beverage industry
- Strong understanding of market trends and sales data analysis
- Proven track record of executing successful marketing strategies
- Experience in consumer education and engagement events
- Ability to negotiate terms and agreements effectively with distributors
