Job summary

rag & bone in Houston seeks a Sales Specialist to ensure customers have a consistent, quality experience in the store at all times. You will help create and maintain a selling focus, support company initiatives, and uphold store policies with polished clienteling and product knowledge.

Responsibilities include delivering top-tier customer service, meeting store goals, embodying the brand aesthetic, assisting Visual Merchandising on floor sets, managing inventory, and processing POS transactions

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in premium, contemporary, or luxury environments.
• Proven ability to achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team performance.
• Skilled in clienteling, including building and maintaining a loyal customer base.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in premium, contemporary, or luxury environments
• Proven ability to achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team performance
• Skilled in clienteling, including building and maintaining a loyal customer base
• Ability to provide a personalized customer experience through styling recommendations, product knowledge and brand storytelling
• Ability to work 20-30 hours a week with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: The target hourly rate for this role is between $$ and $$ based on candidates' experience and expectations.

Please also note, Sales Specialists are eligible to participate in the rag & bone Commissions Program, and Incentive programs, which may result in bringing the total compensation to a higher range. The range listed is just one component of the Company’s total rewards package for retail employees.
