Job summary

GEA Group, a global leader in engineering solutions with a strong U.S. presence, seeks a Sales/Marketing professional to support liners and tubing for the dairy sector.

The role involves training dealer sales forces, supporting quotes, and coordinating dealer relationships across Eastern and Western regions. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Agriculture or Business, 2–4 years in sales/marketing, and willingness to travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or equivalent preferred.
  • 2–4 years experience in Sales or Marketing, preferred.
  • Dairy equipment experience or dairy farm exposure highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
  • Willing to travel ~80%.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in training dealer’s sales force on liners and tubing.
  • Introduce and support GQ, GQR and Tri Circle Liners and related products.
  • Provide liner sales support, including quotes for new customers.
  • Liaise with dealers and support Eastern/Western regions.
  • Support dealers carrying liners including silicone liners and shells.
  • Serve existing customers and assist with all phases of the sales process.
  • Adhere to GEA policies and maintain professional conduct.

Your responsibilities and tasks

**This is a remote eligible role. Desired locations are within TX, OK, KS, CO, NM, UT, AZ, but all locations will be considered.**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:

  • Assist in training Dealer’s sales force on liners and tubing.
  • Introduce and support GQ, GQR and Tri Circle Liners as well as traditional liner portfolio, tubing and Composite shells.
  • Will be involved in Liner Sales Support by means of support, sales, and training support to customers after sales, help Dealers with quotes for new customers.
  • Responsible for offering Liner dealer support for within Eastern/ Western area and be a liaison between GEA and local dealers.
  • Will support dealers that carry liners and want the Silicone Liners and composite shells as well as the traditional liner portfolio.
  • Service existing customers and assist with all phases of the sales process.
  • Adhere to all GEA, Inc. company policies and conduct yourself in a professional and business-like manner at all times.
Your profile and qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or equivalent preferred.
  • 2-4 years experience in Sales or Marketing, preferred.
  • Experience with dairy equipment or experience on a dairy farm is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills andtheability to workeffectivelyin a team environment.
  • Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Moderate travel required (80%)

The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $95,000-$105,000 per year. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States. The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. You may be eligible for additional rewards, such as discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.
