Willis Music Company is seeking a sales-focused specialist to join our team. You will sell musical instruments and provide outstanding customer service to musicians of all levels, from beginners to professionals.

Responsibilities include product learning, store merchandising, instrument cleaning, renting school band instruments, and handling lesson sign-ups, repair tickets, and special orders. Enjoy commission, monthly bonuses, and an employee discount while contributing to a vibrant music

Willis Music Sales Specialist

Knowledge in any/all areas to be considered:

• Acoustic/Electric Guitars/Bass
• Percussion
• Brass Instruments
• Woodwind Instruments

Qualifications (general):

• Knowledge in Instruments
• Willingness to learn about instruments not already in your ‘wheelhouse’
• Understand what good customer service looks like
• (at least) Basic understanding of the sales process.
• Availability in your schedule to be a contributing member to our team!
• A great attitude! And a motivating to be successful!
