Your Day at Lowe's
Sales Specialists are active, moving throughout the store or garden center, answering phones, and engaging with customers. You will discuss project needs, answer questions, and help customers achieve their home improvement goals. You will become a product expert, informing customers about specifications, features, promotions, and financing options to close sales. Your consulting services help ensure customer satisfaction before they leave the store.
You may work in departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Millwork, Fashion Plumbing, Outlet, Tool Rental, Pro, or Windows & Walls, depending on hiring needs and your skills.

Working Conditions
Environmental factors vary; you may work indoors or outdoors, exposed to weather and noise. Lifting guidelines limit single lifts to 75 lbs, with team lifts used as needed. Powered equipment use requires proper training.
