Dealer Tire in Minnesota is seeking a tire sales expert to work at a premium automotive dealership, building trust with customers and selling tires on the service drive after a paid training program. You will perform quick inspections, identify needs, and confidently recommend solutions, then provide pricing and close sales while supporting store operations.

This role emphasizes relationship-building with customers and dealership teams in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay: $28.34 – $30.85 per hour
• Target annual commission: $13,200 (guaranteed during onboarding up to 2 months)
• Consistent 5‑day, 40‑hour work week
